Graduated from IT Support for Executive Management in Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania i Bankowości in Cracow. He started his career as an IT consultant and soon developed his own IT and mobile solutions, mainly concerning security. Throughout years, he was worked as a system administrator, programmer, security analyst and technical support engineer. The experience he gained then, gave him a broader perspective on deployment process on every level of the company.
As high class professional, he conducted advanced projects within areas such as mass memory, virtualization, and data security. The highlights are SAN infrastructure preparation, data migration, reengineering of back-up system, implementation of virtual library system, Disaster Recovery tests. He has an experience in building advanced back-end systems for telecommunications service providers.
Marcin Szary is an author of GetYID security system - based on GSM network and cryptography. In Motteq Group he is responsible for technical side of the products.

During her career she has been working as a financial manager for companies listed on Top 500 Companies in Poland. Graduated from Wydział Zarządzania i Marketingu at AGH Univeristy of Science and Technology in Cracow and University of Teesside in the UK with Masters in Management Competence title. She is MBA graduate in Polish Open University.
In her career, she worked for Barclays Bank, Kredyt Bank and Polcom. In Motteq Group she is responsible for finance management and reporting, general administration and controlling.
